PAservices.net Needs four surgical-physician assistants,
certified by the National Commission on Certification
of Physician Assistants, we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
on a per-operation basis, in most specialties. Our only focus is
assisting in surgery. Prefer PAs with 5 years experience but will
consider those with less. This is a high performance job for those
who have hands on first assist surgical skills often possesed
by PAs in Neuro, Cardio, Ortho, general surgery, etc. Compensation
is skill level appropriate and part ownership is possible.

Summary of On Call Schedule: Call
schedule is rotated among the 3 current PAs on staff now. Looking
to hire two additional PAs to share call rotation.

90 day review of employment and then annually.

Liability insurance provided by Physician Assistant Services.
Summary of Health, Dental, Disability and
Life Insurance: Company pays health insurance premiums 100%.
Dental insurance is not available at the moment but as more employees are
added on that will become an option.

option at this time.

The company takes all major holidays with the on call coverage shared by
all PAs.

2 week of vacation.
